Mystery of the Holy Trinity
At the heart of our faith is the mystery of the Holy Trinity: one God in three persons - Father, Son, and Holy Spirit who are co-eternal, co-equal and consubstantial. God is eternal, creator, and sustainer of all, existing beyond time and space. We believe in One divine essence in Three Persons, each with distinct roles but united in Their nature. The Holy Trinity works inseparably in all divine actions, revealing the profound mystery of our faith.

Mystery of the Incarnation
The Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of God, was born from the Holy Virgin Mary while remaining fully divine to save humanity from sin and reconcile us with God. In His life, the Lord Jesus demonstrated divine power by performing miracles and healing, yet also experienced human vulnerabilities like hunger and suffering. His sinless life and sacrificial death on the cross defeated sin and death, opening the way for eternal life. His resurrection affirms the promise of victory over death, emphasizing that through Him, believers are called to share in divine life forever.

Mystery of Baptism
Baptism is the spiritual rebirth and initiation into the Christian life and is necessary for one’s salvation. Baptism unites us with Christ’s death and resurrection, giving us new life in Him and making us members of His Church. Baptism is a one-time, permanent sacrament that signifies our entrance into the community of believers and our participation in Christ’s saving work.

Mystery of Holy Communion
Holy Communion, or the Eucharist, is the most sacred sacrament, where believers receive the true Body and Blood of Jesus Christ in the form of bread and wine. Instituted by the Lord Jesus Christ at the Last Supper, this sacrament unites us with Christ and with each other, offering spiritual nourishment and eternal life. The Church teaches that through the Holy Spirit, the Priesthood, and the Prayer of the Liturgy, the bread and wine become the actual flesh and blood of Christ, not merely symbols. Participating worthily in this mystery brings forgiveness, spiritual growth, and unity with Christ and His Church.

Mystery of the Resurrection of the Dead
Our faith teaches that all people will be resurrected at Christ’s second coming, with spirit, soul and body reunited. Those who have lived righteously will inherit eternal life in the Kingdom of Heaven, forever enjoying everlasting joy and peace with God. Those who reject God’s grace face eternal separation from Him in Gehenna (Hell). The doctrine of the resurrection affirms the sacredness of our bodies, and the final judgment will determine our eternal destiny based on how we lived. This hope encourages us to live faithfully and in repentance.
